We're JXM Studio, a small New Zealand team. Long before TradieCall, we were building websites for trade businesses across New Zealand and Australia — plumbers, sparkies, builders, landscapers, and plenty in between.
The problem we kept seeing
Working with all those businesses, one problem came up every single time. You're on-site, on the tools, halfway up a ladder — and the phone rings. You can't answer it. The caller hits voicemail, doesn't leave a message, and rings the next number on Google.
We'd build a website that brought the leads in, and then watch a missed call lose them. The work was good. The phone was the leak.
So we built TradieCall
