We're JXM Studio, a small New Zealand team. Long before TradieCall, we were building websites, running the ads, and doing the marketing for trade businesses across New Zealand and Australia — plumbers, sparkies, builders, landscapers, and plenty in between.
Us, on the problem we kept running into — and why we built TradieCall.
The problem we kept seeing
Across every trade business we worked with — the websites we built, the ad campaigns we ran, the marketing we managed — one problem came up every single time. You're on-site, on the tools, halfway up a ladder — and the phone rings. You can't answer it. The caller hits voicemail, doesn't leave a message, and rings the next number on Google.
We'd build the website and run the ads that brought the leads in, and then watch a missed call lose them. The work was good. The marketing was working. The phone was the leak.
So we built TradieCall
TradieCall is an AI receptionist that answers the calls you can't. It's trained on your business — what you do, your hours, your services, your service area — so it answers like it works for you. It takes the caller's details, flags what's urgent, and texts you the job within a minute.
